i have a favor to ask. i was looking through an old notebook and i found a short story i wrote about 3 years ago for a writing class, which i never handed in. it's actually not that bad. i'd like to post it, but it's in spanish so i'd like to translate it to english to have both versions. however... i was doing a mental translation as i read it and it comes out sounding really wooden and awkward. if i translate it, would any of you (hopefully someone fluent in both languages) want to take a look at it and fix the horrible mess so it doesn't sound like it was written by a 7-year-old? it's really short, less than one page in word, if my calculations are correct.
