anyway, i'm... massively depressed after today's student reunion regarding our fucked-up school situation but i don't really want to talk about it, so may i please request some sort of cheering up? CAN WE TURN MY FROWN UPSIDE DOWN? we can have a "cheer aoede up" party. idk. i kinda need it.

Anyway, this picture (http://yavannauk.livejournal.com/329575.html) never fails to cheer me up. Mainly because I squee like the stupid fangirl I am every time I see it. :P

I'd advice you to do "comfort stuff": eat comfort food, watch your comfort movie (most people seem to have one), listen to the music that never fails to make you smile. Hopefully you'll have a better day tomorrow. *hugs*

If you're in need of cheering up may I suggest going over to remuslives23's lj - there is some wonderful Remus/Sirius smut (smut with plot as well, not just pwp) over there that is guaranteed to put a smile on your face. If that fails, then I suggest lashings of chocolate, a good film (Sense and Sensibility usually works for me when I'm depressed but that's a personal thing) and more cheerful music than Aphex Twin?!

I'm sure things will be better tomorrow .....

I don't have much to suggest except rosemaryandrue's ongoing fic for dogdaysofsummer. If you haven't read it, you really must - day 9 & day 15 in particular (though you should read from the beginning). If that doesn't put a smile on your face, then I give up! :D
