i never paid close attention to these pillar thingies used to separate the sidewalk from the... area where cars drive (i forgot the word) until recently. but now that i've seen it, i cannot unsee it.




i'm just wondering if it was intentional or not. probably not.

when you asked me for an illustration from one of your fics i immediately thought of we three, kings, which is one of my favorite bring back black fics and one of my favorite r/s fics overall.

i also thought of drawing the sex scene in your rs_games fic for round 2, but this one won out. maybe next year? :B


now, i'll admit that drawing this was like pulling teeth, which is a shame, because i knew that *this* was the scene i wanted to illustrate, and no other. i almost gave up after three failed sketches, but in the end i pwned the bastard. i think i'll still go back to revise it, it still has a few things that look wrong, but i'm pleased with the coloring (which was surprisingly easy) and atmosphere.

ps. watch out for the surprise at the end. ;>
