• it is an extremely rare occurrence, but spn_gossip *can* be awesome, at times. the best part are the idiots who fell for it. damn, they'll believe anything you feed them if it fits their ~agendas~.

• i've been playing majora's mask and i hunger for some good genfic for the game (like this one. never cared for game novelizations but holy shit it's amazing). where is it?? i've only found two or three. D: please help me out, flist. i've had to resort to browsing the zelda archive on ff.net and there is only so much badfic i can take before my brain dribbles out of my ears.

• this is lassiterfics' first foray into spn fic, and it's amazing: epilogue, jimmy/ofc, dean/castiel hinted at. pg-13, disenchantment and a hell of a lot of bitterness. mmm.

• before the night is through by annundriel, nc-17. In which Dean and Cas make the most of a room to themselves.
swear to god, annundriel writes some of the best porn in dean/castiel fandom. not exaggerating. i've re-read this at least 3 times since she posted it. it's beautiful.

• novelty by edenbound, sam/jess, nc-17. It's just a joke, at first. Jess is painting her nails, her face all screwed up with intense concentration, and Sam is trying to get some work done. He's not sure how it moves from there to the laughing ease of the two of them together, his arm around her and her trying to paint his nails.

i think i have a new kink. not boys in makeup exactly (never cared for that, really), boys *putting* on makeup. or having it put on them. and then having it smeared off. it's weirdly specific, but it works so well, as this fic showed me. <3
