Generally, I can't either, but I love the story arc in [livejournal.com profile] sam_storyteller's Laocoon's Children involving Snape finding someone, and To Keep Calendars in the Absence of Time (http://violent-gray.insanejournal.com/14440.html) from last Smutmas really blew me away.

yeah, well, LC!snape/tonks is pretty good. it's like the one big exception to the rule. i esp. enjoyed that scene when he proposed to her. on the other hand, i wouldn't touch snape/lupin even if you paid me. :D [/narrow-mindedness]
