this is the last thing i drew before my old tablet died. finished it last night but the coloring wasn't cooperating with me until now.

the new tablet works pretty well, i find the pen easier to control due to the textured surface of the tablet (more friction = the "grip" of the pen's tip is better and slides off less) and i like the zoom buttons. however, this one doesn't have a place to store the pen in the tablet itself, which i liked because it meant there was less risk of misplacing the pen, only the separate pen stand.

a few days ago the fabulous kasche drew her least favorite pairing for this challenge thingy that happened... a few *more* days ago. i considered participating but at the time i didn't really feel like it so i forgot about it.

so now for some unknown reason (i suspect there is in fact no reason at all) i went for it. now, see, while i greatly dislike this pairing, it's not my least favorite. but i didn't do my least fav because kasche already took care of that... not that i'd even attempt it myself (hats off to her for trying, though). same for my second-least fav, which most of the times shares the 1st place anyway. so i went with this one, which is the third. uh, probably. depends on what day of the week it is and what color undies i'm wearing. i don't know.

and i should probably warn you that, like kasche, i didn't quite manage it, though i think i got closer than her. *g*

omg aaah i spent all afternoon cathcing up with small_gifts comments and i feel a bit like a broken record after all the replying i did. @_@ but it's wonderful seeing that so many people liked it!

i have more art. (my productivity had increased a little these days). i finished it last night, but due to the small_gifts comment frenzy, i forgot about it. i was like, i drew harry with one half of the otp, so why not the other one? remus/harry >>>> sirius/harry anyway. i'm *~broadening my horizons~* you guys.
