i've wanted to draw this place since i played the game the first time, but since i suck at buildings and scenery, i kept putting it off until i got a good reference i could copy (meaning: took photos of the tv screen when link arrives to kakariko for the first time.

since i am massive fail at it, i completely botched the perspective despite the ref and tried to cover it up with shiny colors. typical me! oh well.

relatively easy, all things considered, since i still liked most of it. i wish i still had the patience to paint stuff like this regularly.

suddenly, i feel like doing complete re-vamps of these two old zelda fanarts. idk, they're still two of the most-faved stuff on dA and i feel weird about it since they're so old and blah.

but i wouldn't know if i should edit those pics with the new versions or just submit them as new.

usually i couldn't care less about the actors playing harry and draco and their ugly mugs (well, other than danrad bringing the occasional lulz), but DAYUM. if this isn't blatantly slashy fanservice, then i don't know what it is.

gryffindor_j made a post that, imo, should be read by everyone who was involved in the rs_games. it details several issues that some of us, as participants, were less than satisfied with. my opinions are in the comments. i'm warning you though, if anyone starts up wank, bitches gonna get cut. bookmarked aldehyde's list of the_ass_fest fic recs, but i've yet to read a single one. :[

the time-turner incident, starring cloudlessnights's HP sims with scarily accurate personalities, was updated! whoop whoop. if you're unfamiliar with it, go read it! it's really funny. :D

been reading some fanfic in spanish for a change. it still feels a bit weird, but irati's showed me that it CAN be done in ways that don't make me cringe. i'm now reading one in ff.net that it's pretty good for ff.net.

oh, also: i got a small craving for remus/james a few days ago but i got majorly bored after only 2 fics (from authors i usually like, even). so much for that shiny new pairing. phhfjhpffft.
